Orders will only be shipped on receipt of confirmed payment.

Paid orders are dispatched on the Same Day if Paid before 12:00

• Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 pm on business days will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 pm on business days will only be dispatched the next business day.

Our Standard Delivery times are within 2 working days for Davao City areas and within 3-5 working days for addresses classified as regional, outlying rural areas might take longer especially when a weekend coincides with the longer 5 working day delivery.

Standard Delivery – All orders within Davao City are free. A small fee applies via J&T Express (see quotation rates in your area), which is applicable to all areas within the Philippines.
